Refund Policy -30 day Money Back Guarantee - All of our hosting packages come with an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. You may cancel your
account for any reason within 30 days of activation and receive a full refund. Each of RJE Business Services web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of signup, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees (if any) and overages. This policy does not
apply to any additional services such as shopping carts, overages, additional disk space, additional pop accounts, etc. All cancellations must be made by e-mailing our support department-
support@rje-business-services.com All other forms of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Refund Policy for Renewals -Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if
RJE Business Services is notified within the first 7 days following renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date.
Web Design Refund Policy
Web Design - All graphic work and web design is not charged until your final approval. After final approval, all sales for web design are final. No
refunds will be issued.
Scripts & Additional Requests Refund Policy
All other completed application such as shopping carts, installed scripts, or other applications to your website, that are fully functional and as
order are non-refundable.
